Refund Policy

Orders are refundable up until applications are submitted to the U.S. Department of State processing authority.

Orders placed online that have yet to be shipped to one of our processing centers are entitled to a full refund. Orders sent into one of our processing centers that require return shipping are entitled to a full refund, minus shipping fees for return of documentation to the client.

Defective Passports

Passports issued by the US Department of State containing incorrect information may be resubmitted to the issuing authority using our service at no additional charge. However, clients may have to pay the issuing authority an expedited processing fee or a passport renewal fee.

Customer Remorse

Clients who have accidentally purchased our service and have yet to send in any documents are entitled to a full refund as stated above. Those who do send documents are free to come retrieve them from our office, or we can issue a full refund minus the cost of shipping.

To cancel service, simply contact us via phone or email. Inform the agent of your need to cancel your service. A refund should be issued within 3-5 business days from the date of your order cancellation.
